for a well-known construction company.. location 6 of October city Job TITEL Senior Mechanical technical office engineer Responsibilities:- • Studying and understanding of tender(s) / opportunities(s) requirements. • Checking completeness of the tender(s) / opportunities(s) documents. • Preparing clarifications issues to be sent to client for the missing, contradicting and confusing issues related to the tender / opportunity requirements. • Reviewing and validating the design documents and systems & equipment sizing and BOQ’s for the pre-designed tenders / opportunities and conducting quantity surveying(s) for the lump-sump items. • Negotiating the technical and financial issues of the offers received from suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor. • Coordinating and communicating with sales, procurements, operation and other concerned departments to assure completeness of the offers. • Preparing the technical submittals and negotiating the same with client. • Preparing shop drawings and as built drawings. Personal Skills • Good communication skills. • Very good command of English. Technical Skills • Experience 10 Years in "HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing" projects. • Very good computer skills, i.e.; specialized software, AutoCAD, water design software.
