Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate daily activities with subcontract representatives.
· Quantity surveying of the materials for each trade.
· Prepare Material quantity Request (MR).
· Ensure current revision documents are utilized for installation.
· Responsible for the implementation of project policies, procedures, and instructions as assigned.
· Prepare progress reports.
· Review and verify corrective actions established from NCR’s.
· Prepare and submit IR, MIR & RFI for the consultant.
· Issue monthly invoice for subcontractors and owner.
· Review and verify Electrical detailed DWG. Specs. or other project documents as assigned.
· Prepare the as-built drawings.
· Coordinate with the other trades before installation.
· Attend the meetings with Consultants/Clients and Sub-consultants.
Qualifications
· Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
· Auto-CAD & basic 2D drawing knowledge and Microsoft office
· Leadership & effective communication skills
· Able to work under pressure
· 2-5 years minimum of relative experience.
