Job Summary:
We are looking for a Proactive Senior Sales Engineer who is a natural "Hunter." Your primary mission is to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with hotel owners, developers, and consultants, and close high-value deals. You won't just support the sale; you will own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to final contract signing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively hunt for new hospitality projects and identify key decision-makers (Owners, Developers, and Consultants).
- Deal Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Networking: Build and maintain a strong network with architectural firms and consultants to secure Finest HIS on project vendor lists.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Degree in Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven success in Technical Sales or Business Development within the Hospitality, FF&E, or Interior Fit-out industries.
- The "Hunter" Mindset: A proven track record of bringing in new clients and opening new markets.
- Sales Acumen: Excellent negotiation and closing skills; you know how to talk "money" as well as "specs."
