Conceptualization and Design Development: ◦ Lead the development of innovative and creative design concepts for various project types ◦ Translate client briefs and requirements into viable design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. ◦ Create detailed mood boards, presentations, and sample boards to effectively communicate design intent. ◦ Develop comprehensive space plans, furniture layouts, and elevations using relevant software. 3. Technical Detailing and Documentation: ◦ Oversee and contribute to the production of detailed design drawings, including custom furniture details, and specialized finishes. ◦ Ensure all design documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and coordinated with other disciplines ◦ Review shop drawings submitted by contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with design intent. 4. Client Management and Presentation: ◦ Act as a primary design contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations effectively. ◦ Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations to clients, clearly articulating design concepts and rationale. ◦ Incorporate client feedback into design revisions while maintaining design integrity. 5. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a reputable university. • Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in interior design, with a significant portion in a senior or lead designer role, preferably within Egypt or the MENA region. • A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing high-quality completed projects across various sectors (luxury residential, commercial, hospitality preferred). • Proven experience in managing projects from concept to completion. • Excellent knowledge of design principles, color theory, space planning, and ergonomics. • Comprehensive understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E, and construction methods relevant to interior fit-outs. • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office. • Experience with 3D rendering software is highly advantageous. • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Egypt.
