We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in overseeing the maintenance of heavy equipment, such as concrete mixers, pumps, and production plants, to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and productivity. Job Description: • Preparing maintenance plans for all company equipment and sites. • Monitoring the implementation of preventive maintenance plans for all company equipment. • Supervising intermediate and major overhauls. • Monitoring spare parts inventory for company equipment and maintaining a strategic stock to minimize downtime. • Regularly supervising maintenance engineers at external sites and stations to monitor the implementation of maintenance and repair plans and assess the efficiency of the workforce at these sites. • Holding regular meetings for maintenance management staff. • Making decisions regarding the repair of any equipment and monitoring the status of existing equipment. Essential Requirements: • Minimum 10-15 years of experience (preferably 5 years or more) as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in the ready-mix concrete industry. • Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills. • Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills. • Proficiency in using maintenance management software. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
