United Recruitment Company is hiring for a major Saudi contracting company's branch in Dokki, Egypt:

Lead, supervise, and mentor a multidisciplinary BIM team (ARCH–STRUCT–MEP).
Distribute tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of all BIM outputs.
Provide technical support and solve modeling issues for team members.
Conduct regular internal coordination meetings within the BIM team.
2. BIM Modeling Oversight
Review and validate all BIM models across disciplines to ensure:
Correct levels of detail (LOD)
Compliance with project specifications
Correct modeling methods and element classifications
Ensure all models are updated based on latest revisions, RFIs, and consultant comments.
3. Shop Drawings Management
Oversee the production of architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings.
Review drawings before submission to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Ensure implementation of company BIM standards, templates, and naming conventions.
4. Coordination & Clash Detection
Manage Clash Detection processes using Navisworks Manage.
Prepare consolidated Clash Reports and lead coordination meetings.
Follow up with each discipline to resolve clashes and update models accordingly.
Ensure a fully coordinated model before issuing drawings for construction.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Attend technical meetings and represent the BIM team professionally.
Provide clear communication on model issues, design gaps, and coordination requirements.
6. BIM Standards & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project BIM protocols, and company standards.
Develop and update internal BIM workflows, templates, and families.
Maintain model version control and proper documentation.
7. Quantity Take-Off Management
Oversee quantity extraction processes for ARCH, STRUCT, and MEP.
Review quantities before sharing with QS or planning teams.
8. Project Delivery & Reporting
Prepare weekly BIM progress reports for management.
Track deliverables, deadlines, and resource allocation.
Ensure all BIM deliverables are submitted in the required formats (models, drawings, schedules, PDFs, NWC, etc.).
